Do you use natural stones?​

 

All the stones are natural stones.  However, there are a few stones that have been heated or dyed to obtain a particular colour.  Because of this, we are currently working to note in the details of the bracelet which stones have been heated or dyed so that you are aware.

 

This way, as my customer, you are aware and can choose what you prefer.

Why is the item I would like to purchase out of stock?

We are a small business.  However,  as products go out of stock, we will do our best to ensure re-stocking as quickly as possible for popular items.

If you have any questions regarding the possibility of a bracelet which is no longer featured, please send an e-mail to ask your question.

 

Why does my jewelry look different from the picture online?

 

Every stone is unique.  No two stones with identical chemistry exists; therefore, the gemstones in your bracelet are not identical to the stones of the bracelet in the picture on the website.

 

I also use different spacers depending on availability.  But I do try to make each bracelet slightly different so that you receive a unique bracelet.  

Why are the spacers turning black?

 

All the stones are natural stones and will not lose their color; however, the spacers between the stones may turn black or get tarnished over time.  This process is call oxidization.

If you have purchased a wire bracelet, the wire may also oxidize over time. My own bracelets have lasted for 1 1/2-2 years as I take care of them.

 

When not to wear my bracelet?

 

In order to protect the bracelet's beauty, it is suggested to remove it prior to bathing, swimming, washing, cleaning or exercising.

 

When any metal is in contact with water or any chemical, it will cause it to oxidize or tarnish. Take care of your bracelet and it will take care of you!

How do I place an order?

 

It is just as simple as a few clicks!

 

  1.  Select the item you would like to purchase,

  2.  Add it to the cart and

  3.  Complete the payment.

Currently, we use the Point of Purchase square to obtain Visa or MasterCard Payments.

Local customers to Westlock, Alberta may arrange for pick up in person; therefore, E-transfer or cash will be accepted.

Shipping

 

Lunar Phazes ships orders within 1-3 days from your purchase date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). 

 

You will receive a notification once your items have been shipped.

 

Please note that our shipping includes materials for packaging and cost of delivery.

 

We ship via Canada Post.

 

Lunar Phazes will ship all over the world! We want to ensure you get your package safely and on time.

Note:  If you live in the Westlock, Alberta region,  arrangements for pick up can be completed.  Please select local pick up while doing your purchase. 

Within Canada, regular shipping and tracked shipping is available:

Regular Shipping:

  • Purchases between $0.01 to $69.99 is a flat rate of $7.00

  • Purchases over $70.00 is free regular shipping

Tracked Shipping:

  • Purchases between $0.01 to $149.99 is a flat rate of $20.00

  • Purchases over $150.00 to $249.99 is $10.00 shipping

  • Purchases over $250.00 is free shipping

Shipping to the United States is also available:

We want to ensure you get your bracelets; therefore, tracked shipping is offered.

Tracked Shipping:

  • Purchases between $0.01 to $149.99 is a flat rate of $20.00

  • Purchases over $150.00 to $249.99 is $10.00

  • Purchases over $250.00 is free shipping

Please note, due to Covid-19, we are not responsible for the longer shipping waiting times.

 

To all other countries, I will weigh and obtain shipping cost and get back to you on the cost.  A discount for purchases over $150 will apply.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs or import duties are charged when a parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  We recommend contacting your local customs office about this before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

 

All items are inspected for defects prior to being shipped out.  However, if you are not satisfied with your product due to a defect, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to make arrangements to return and arrange for a refund.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return your purchase, please e-mail missmona@telus.net.  I will be in contact with you within 2 business days.  I will provide you with the return address and you will need to make return arrangements within 5 business days. You are responsible for all costs regarding the return of the item/items.

Once the item has been received by Lunar Phazes, I will contact you directly to arrange for a refund.
