  2. Shipping Methods and Providers: We offer various shipping options through Canada Post. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time: Domestic orders typically arrive within 7 - 10 business days. International orders may take 20 - 30 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary.

  4. Tracking Information: If you choose Expedited Shipping or above you will get an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Use this number to monitor your shipment on the respective shipping provider's website.

  5. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

  6. Order Updates and Notifications: Stay informed about your order's status through email notifications. Updates include order confirmation, shipment tracking, and important information.

  7. Address Accuracy: Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address to avoid delays or mis-deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Lunar Phazes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy to understand the guidelines and procedures:

    • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    • After the 30-day period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team through the provided communication channels.

    • Provide your order details, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting information or images, if applicable.

    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Refunds and Exchanges:
